Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Mundus for software development, cloud infrastructure, or design services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Payment & Invoicing

• Work commences only after the agreed-upon deposit is received.
• Payments for Mundus services are processed exclusively via direct EFT.
• Final deliverables, including print-ready files and production code, are handed over only after full final payment is cleared.

3. Intellectual Property

• Upon final payment, full ownership of the custom designs and project-specific code transfers to the client.
• Mundus retains the right to reuse open-source libraries and foundational, non-proprietary code structures.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide necessary project assets, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Project timelines may be extended if delays occur on the client's end.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mundus builds on resilient cloud architectures but is not liable for downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from third-party service outages (e.g., Vercel, Supabase) or unauthorized user actions.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. The client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
